Cross-border commuters are welcome in the crossdresser shop
Conchita Wurst showed everyone what courageous cross-border commuters can achieve in society. You can create understanding, just as Tom Neuwirth impressively did with his alter ego Conchita. Tom, however, defines himself as gay. He would like to carry Conchita Wurst to her grave soon. His alter ego served its purpose. The full bearded Conchita only served the travesty artist and singer to convey his message to the prejudiced people in a charming way. In a similar way, the Hamburg Schmidt Theater was able to overcome taboos and prejudices.
It is one of those things with terms relating to sexual identity. Keyword-like terms, as everyone finds them in Wikipedia, people put in some sort of drawer due to their superficial characteristics. In these, those affected can neither understand nor feel comfortable, nor do they want to identify with such terms. Terms like crossdresser, transgender, transsexuality or intersexual only reduce a person to his or her genetic sexuality.
What is the difference between transgender and transsexual?
People who are not comfortable with their genetic gender are described as transgender. Genetically unambiguous women feel more like men. They often dress accordingly. Genetic men secretly or openly take on the role of women. You feel comfortable with fake breasts and feminine clothing. Most of the time, they don't think about surgical sex reassignment surgery. Transgender people who cross the boundaries of the opposite sex through crossdressing must be distinguished from people who are assigned to transsexuality. Some also simply call them "queer", that is, beyond what is perceived as "normal".
Many - but by no means all - trannies will sooner or later seek gender reassignment surgery. You feel in the wrong body or as a transident - more precisely: as trans-ident. This term is also used as a synonym for transgender people or trans-sexual people. A transident is someone whose body does not match the gender that was naturally given to the person concerned. An operative adjustment is therefore more likely in order to correct the identity that is perceived as false.
What defines gender
Those who discard their innate sex without having sex reassignment surgery are also referred to using incorrect terms. That complicates the situation. Transsexual people reject the commonly used terms. Some see themselves as intersexual, i.e. because of anatomical, genetic or hormonal factors as floating between the two sexes. Each term label only covers aspects of the problem. Any terminology should therefore be treated with caution. It is mostly used for discrimination and demarcation rather than a helpful classification.
Crossdressers are people who do not dress according to their gender. The reason why this happens is not assessed. Fashionable reasons, increased pleasure through a role reversal, political protest against sexual stereotypes, the desire to dress up or real identity problems can all play a role in crossdressing.
The crossdresser shop - an online shop for everyone
What is male and what is female is not only defined by genes, but also by society. It is true that the genes usually determine unambiguously whether someone is a man or a woman in terms of gender characteristics. It can be different with the feelings. Ultimately, hormone constellations or genes sometimes do not provide the expected clarity. For many people, clarity only exists in theory.
In my crossdresser shop, however, there is clarity of content. It is aimed at all people who do not feel described by the conventional gender definitions - for whatever reason. For me, it doesn't matter whether someone defines himself as transident, homosexual or heterosexual, a travesty artist or crossdresser, trans or intersex or something else. At Shop-Transgender.de it doesn’t matter whether a gender reassignment operation is planned or someone just wants to go to a queer ball in disguise. A travestite is generally different from a transvestite. You can find more extensive information at Wikipedia.

Our online shop - a paradise for crossdressers
Why someone uses silicone breasts, oversized women's shoes or wigs does not matter to us. We see meandering and wandering between the sexes as a fun activity. You could also see it this way: Those who gain experience in the outfit of the opposite sex may then have more understanding for the limitation of role stereotypes or the appeal of crossing boundaries. Creating dreamy silicone breasts is not only popular with actresses who want to present themselves with attractive bust sizes. Even normal women with breast cancer are interested in breast prostheses.
Padded pants conceal an overly flat stern post. Having sexy curves can also be promoted by wearing PusUp pants and a silicone breast. Hormones are not required for this, although they are often used to help start gender reassignment. But the game of changing roles does not initially require any further intervention. In the end, it doesn't matter whether someone is queer or gay, lesbian or intersex. All of these terms describe nothing but sexual self-determination. This is far more than just a cliché.
If hormones or genes ensure that someone finds themselves in the wrong body, this person should not also experience discrimination. Such distinctions are not made in the crossdresser shop.
